Making a new house a home
This property has been passed down for generations and now with a new home built, it was time for landscaping. We started by finishing grading the yard and driveways. Then using field stones from the original gardens that surrounded the former home, we built raised gardens around the house. These stones hold sentimental value for the home owners as the original gardens were built by their grandfather. We also created a walkway leading to the front door and used rock-faced textured stairs to take you onto the beautiful timber framed porch. Using the same steps and pavers we created walkways from the side and rear entrances plus built an impressive circular patio for evening fires.

On this property the homeowners wanted less maintenance but they were not ready to surrender their backyard to the massive hill behind it. Armour Stones
This homeowner wanted to update their raised gardens and front entrance stairs. We selected Bobcaygeon armour stones to define the flower beds and gave the front walkway and stairs a fresh look that complimented the home.

Earth Moving
On this property the homeowner is working in phases. Phase one we built a new driveway up to a newly leveled area at the back of their property. This area will become a beautiful flag stone patio with a stone fire pit and an area for covered outdoor entertaining. This spring will begin phase two. Building a flagstone patio beside the house, adding terraced gardens, and natural cutback stone stairs into the hill. This will be the access to the future hardscape above.

Site Servicing
We helped the owners of a beautiful new build in Forest Creek with the first phase of their property. Leveling the lot and adding topsoil so that the owners could begin planting the property themselves.

Gardens
The owners wanted to soften the edges on the beautiful, raised patio they created the year before. We installed a low maintenance river stone garden with edging around the patio and house creating smooth lines that are simple to mow around.
